RE/MAX Executive Realty was founded in 1992 in Millis, Mass. as a residential real estate office. Starting with just one sales agent, the company grew to include offices in Franklin, Grafton, Holliston, Hopkinton, Medfield, and Natick.
In 2004, the core group entered into a joint venture with Wells Fargo, creating a partnership of convenience and trust for one stop shopping for the real estate buyer. In 2006, a rental division was formed. Three years later, the Property Management Division made its debut. A Commercial Division was launched in 2010 via a merger with Kaplan Commercial Properties.
Last year, RE/MAX Executive Realty managed more than 50 property units, assisted over 250 households with their rental needs, represented more than 1,100 individuals/families in their real estate sales, and helped finance over 150 home purchase mortgages through their partnership with Wells Fargo.
RE/MAX Executive Realty was recognized by RE/MAX of New England both in 1999 and 2001 as the Outstanding RE/MAX Franchise of the year. In 2010 RE/MAX Executive Realty was named by RE/MAX International as one of the Top 50 Franchises in the United States. In 2011, RE/MAX Executive Realty was recognized for being New England's largest contributor the Children's Miracle Network, RE/MAX International's target charity.
As part of RE/MAX's commitment to community service, in 2009 the RE/MAX Executive Charitable Foundation was created. This Foundation is a non-profit, 501-(c)3 organization created to carry out the philanthropic mission of RE/MAX Executive Realty associates and employees. The Foundation was established to fund financial or service based needs in the Company's market area. Through requests, the Foundation's primary goal is to improve the lives of families or individuals in the Foundationâ€™s general market area.
RE/MAX Executive Property Management is also an active member of NARPM.
